Solicitor 3-4 years, Construction Litigation, based in Sydney

About the Role

Our client currently has a vacancy for a Solicitor (3-4 years) to join their Construction Litigation team, based in Sydney.

The nature of the work will include:

• Acting on behalf of major contractors, prominent property and infrastructure owners both in the private and public sectors and leading players in project/infrastructure financing
• All facets of projects and the management and resolution of disputes in building, engineering and resources sectors
• Delivering cost effective solutions to clients

About You:

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Experience in litigation and frontend construction work, including instructing counsel
• Experience in preparing evidence and submissions
• A strong commitment to client service and the ability to manage relationships
• The ability to deliver prompt and commercially astute advice
• The ability to mentor junior colleagues
• An enthusiasm to be involved in business development activities and attend industry related programs
