 About the Role

Our client currently has a vacancy for a Solicitor, 2-4 years, to join the Structured Property Finance team, based in Melbourne.

The nature of the work will include:

• Advising on a range of financial products
• Working with a range of clients from major financial and government institutions, investment banks, financial advisors and regulators to industry groups, financiers and corporations
• Corporate, property and structured finance deals

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Excellent analytical, communication and research skills
• The ability to deliver prompt and commercially astute advice to clients
• Top level experience in drafting documents and advice relevant to banking and finance
• A strong commitment to support and develop relationships with clients
• A commitment to teamwork
• Enthusiasm to be involved in business development activities
• An interest in participating in industry related programs and managing strategic relationships and networks
