About the Role

This premier global corporation has a built an exceptional reputation in the technology sector, and is a well known household name.

An exciting opportunity now exists for a 5-9 year PAE lawyer to join a cohesive and dynamic Legal team and play an integral role in managing the enforcement of its intellectual property, brand protection and intellectual property infringement in Asia.

In a broad and varied role, you will ideally have 5-9 years PAE gained within a well regarded private practice or in-house environment.  In particular you must demonstrate a fluency in Mandarin.

About You

Suitable candidates will demonstrate:

• a fluency in Mandarin;
• commercial acumen;
• quality experience in-house or a leading recognised law firm;
• prior experience in brand protection enforcement and managing Intellectual property Issues;
• the ability to develop and manage a range of key stakeholder relationships,
• flexible with international travel abroad
