This  12 month contract role requires a leadership function, where you will liaise and negotiate with senior parties and also internally with sales, HR, finance, tax and other subject matter experts.

Based in Sydney, you will be the sole legal representative on high value complex outsourcing transactions. This role requires a leadership function, where you will liaise and negotiate with senior parties and also internally with sales, HR, finance, tax and other subject matter experts.

About You:

The role requires an individual with first rate legal analysis and strong leadership and commercial acumen.

Suitable candidates will demonstrate:

• 5-8 years PAE with a specialisation in technology law
• Quality legal expereince in a quality firm or equivalent in-house environment;
• Strong negotiation Skills
• Exceptional leadership skills
