About the Role

Our client currently has a vacancy for a Senior Associate to join their Construction team, based in Brisbane.

The nature of the work will include:

• Providing high quality advice to a range of clients
• Work with airports, seaports, global engineering projects and processing plants, iconic high-rise city developments and major infrastructure transactions
• Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and advising on all manner of building and infrastructure projects

About You:

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Experience in transactional construction work including drafting, reviewing, negotiating and advising on all manner of building and infrastructure projects
• Initiative, drive, an exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent communication, drafting, analytical and file management skills
• Be intellectually astute and show sound business judgement, forward thinking and have a passion for the industry
• Strong interpersonal skills and have the ability to communicate openly with clients and colleagues
