About the Role

Our client currently has a vacancy for a Senior Associate (2 years +) to join their Property team, based in Sydney.

The nature of the work will include:

• Working with a close knit team on Australian and Asian transactions for public companies, financial institutions and global investment banks
• Working with industry leaders on high profile Property transactions
• Working with developers, lenders and other major clients in the acquisition and financing of large infrastructure and property projects

About You:

To be successful in this role you will have:

• First rate experience of drafting and negotiating documents and structuring complex transactions
• Recognised experience in front end property working on large scale property projects
• Excellent analytical, communication and research skills
• The ability to deliver prompt and commercially astute advice

• Enthusiasm to be involved in business development activities
• The ability to present at industry related programs and being involved in strategic relationships and networks
