About the Role

Our client currently has a vacancy for a Professional Indemnity Insurance Litigator (4+ PAE or Senior Associate level) to join their Insurance practice, based in Melbourne.

The nature of the work will include:

• Working closely with the partners, special counsel and senior associates
• Advice and litigious professional indemnity insurance matters

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Experience as a professional indemnity litigator at either Senior Associate level or have at least 5 years experience
• Good academic results with the ability to handle complex cases and advice work
• Solid litigious and advice expertise
• The ability to show strong client relationship skills and prior experience with supervising and mentoring junior lawyers (for more senior practitioners); and
• A bright, enthusiastic and positive outlook and be a team player who will pitch in and work as a part of a constructive, commercially astute team
