About the Role

Our client currently has a vacancy for a Mid Level Banking & Finance Lawyer, with 4-6 years finance experience to join their Banking & Finance group, based in Sydney.

The nature of the work will include:

• Acting for borrowers and lenders on a range of finance transactions from high-value corporate to complex restructurings
• Leveraged, acquisition, project and structured finance deals

About You:

To be successful in this role you will have:

• 4-6 years finance experience
• A strong knowledge of leveraged, acquisition, structured and project finance deals
• Superior analytical skills and drafting skills
• Commercial awareness and strong client relationship building skills
• The ability to work autonomously and in a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• An entrepreneurial and innovative personality
