About the Role

Our client currently has a vacancy for a M & A Lawyer, with 2-3 years post admission experience to join their M&A/Corporate Advisory group, based in Melbourne.

The nature of the work will include:

• High profile transactions across public and private M&A, capital markets and private equity.
• Working with listed companies, privately held firms, investment banks, global private equity funds and institutional investors

About You:

To be successful in this role you will have:

• 2-3 years post admission experience at a top 6 law firm
• A strong knowledge of M&A, Private Equity and Equity Capital Markets with experience in listed company takeovers and schemes
• Superior drafting and analytical skills
• Commercial awareness and the ability to work effectively with clients
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an entrepreneurial and innovative spirit
