This dynamic company is seeking an experienced 4-6 year Property experience to join this award winning premier in-house legal team on a 12 month contract.

The role will suit lawyers with 4-6 years PQE with strong exposure to retail leases who is ready to make the transition into an in house environment. The role will involve a diverse range of property matters including leasing and acquisitions across the business nationally.

About you

Suitable candidates will demonstrate:

• property law experience gained either in a top tier, in-house or quality mid tier environment;
• 4-6 years post admission experience in property law;
• high attention to detail;
• an ability to travel interstate where required;
• a strong work ethic;
• effective communication skills
• an ability to develop a rapport with internal stakeholders;
• initiative and the ability to inspire others;
• strong negotiation and communication skills; and
• strong commercial acumen.
