About the Role

Our client currently has a vacancy for a Finance Senior Associate, to join their Finance Division, based in Melbourne.

The nature of the work will include:

• Exposure to high quality and challenging legal work
• Work with clients such as national and international banks, investment banks, financial institutions, national and multinational corporations and government entities

About You

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have demonstrated experience in the areas of corporate finance, property and construction finance, projects and project finance, restructurings and distressed debt and structured finance
• The ability to play a key role in maintaining and fostering client relationships
• Share your expertise and experience with junior practitioners and the firm
• Be enthusiastic and results focussed and enjoy dealing with challenging legal issues and getting the deal completed
• Have a genuine interest in long term career progression and development opportunities on offer
