About The Role:

We currently have a vacancy for Senior Associates in the Finance - Legal field, to join the Securitisation team based in Sydney.

The nature of the work will involve:

• Drafting, negotiating and reviewing securitisation documentation
• Acting for different participants involved in securitisations including originators, issuers, trustees, investors, swap counterparties and facility providers

About You

Suitable candidates will demonstrate:

• Experience in drafting, negotiating and reviewing securitisation documents particularly in relation to residential mortgage backed and asset backed transactions
• Experience in acting for different participants involved in securitisations
• Working knowledge of ISDA to the extent required to prepare securitisation swap agreements
• Experience in relation to covered bond programs and on vanilla debt programmes or stand alone issuances
• Australian experience/training a bonus but not essential
• The ability to operate independently, be involved in marketing and training activities for the team and department
