About the Role

Our client currently has a vacancy for a Corporate: TMT Associate to join their team based in London.

The nature of the work will include:

• Taking on an active role in leading and negotiating
• Hands-on transactional experience
• Drafting discrete pieces of legal advice for clients
• Service areas of content and information, deals and transactions, networks and services, outsourcing and regulation and disputes

About You:

To be successful in this role you will have:

• 2.5-5 years PQE
• TMT experience obtained at a City or specialist firm
• Excellent academics
• The ability to grasp complex legal concepts, excellent drafting skills and the ability to communicate complex legal advice to clients
• Leadership and management skills with the ability to proactively seek feedback from others
• A willingness to contribute to the firm with a high level of integrity
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
