About the Role

Our client currently has a vacancy for a Corporate Senior Associate to join their Corporate practice, based in Melbourne.

The nature of the work will include:

• Public and private M&A including takeovers and schemes
• ECM - IPOs, secondary raisings and strategic placements
• Corporate advisory to listed companies and international corporate clients
• Cross-border transactions and complex joint ventures

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Senior Associate experience in a corporate or PECM team
• Strong technical expertise, commercial acumen and outstanding communication skills
• An interest and by excited by working on complex and high profile transactions
