About the Role

Our client currently has a vacancy for a Corporate: Energy/Oil & Gas Associate to join their team based in London.

The nature of the work will include:

• Mergers and acquisitions
• Project development
• Energy and natural resources
• Infrastructure
• Environment
• Energy acquisitions and disposals, energy corporate finance, energy project development, energy trading and regulation, oil and gas and power and renewables

About You:

To be successful in this role you will have:

• The ability to lead and negotiate transactions with limited supervision
• 2-5 years PQE with excellent academics
• Energy experience acquired at a City or specialist firm
• The ability to work on big ticket and complicated energy deals and have a keen interest in the energy sector
• A desire to work internationally and relocate as required
• The ability to communicate on all levels and to build strong relationships with clients
• The ability to supervise and develop Junior Associates and Trainees
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
