About the Role

Our client currently has a vacancy for a Corporate Associate: M&A/ECM with 2-5 years PQE, to join their market leading team, based in London.

The nature of the work will include:

• Leading and negotiating transactions
• Drafting complex legal advice for clients
• Adopting a client facing role
• Supervising and developing Junior Associates
• Mergers & Acquisitions both public and private
• Clients in media, energy, mining, oil and gas, infrastructure, financial services, utilities, transport and manufacturing

About You:

To be successful in this role you will have:

• 4+ years PQE but will consider those with less experience providing they meet the required competencies
• Excellent academics
• Public M&A Experience
• The ability to grasp complex legal issues, excellent drafting skills and the ability to communicate complex legal advice to clients
• The ability to act as an ambassador for the firm and write technical articles for distribution
• Strong teamwork and communication skills and have the ability to act as a role model to others
• Be able to find and win and build strong relationships with clients
