Commercial IP/TM Lawyer, 3-4 years PQE, based in Sydney

About the Role

Our client currently has a vacancy for a Commercial IP/TM Lawyer, with 3-4 years post admission experience to join their leading IP practice, based in Sydney.

The nature of the work will include:

  • Drafting and advising on the full spectrum of commercial IP agreements
  • Assisting with trade mark clearance
  • Prosecution and enforcement
  • Managing IP due diligence including searches, document tender and drafting reports

About You:

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • 3-4 years post admission experience
  • An excellent knowledge and understanding of the relevant laws
  • The ability to draft letters of advice which present a range of issues and answers them
  • The ability to negotiate directly with other parties involved in the matter whilst working in the best interest of the client
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • An entrepreneurial and innovative spirit
