About the Role

Our client currently has a vacancy for an Associate: Technology, Media and Telecoms, based in Hong Kong.

The nature of the work will include:

• Cutting-edge TMT/corporate transactions
• Advising blue-chip corporate clients and leading investment banks

About You:

To be successful in this role you will have:

• NQ - 4 years qualified with a strong academic record
• Prior TMT experience preferred or a keen interest in this area
• Good IP knowledge
• Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin) with Cantonese an advantage
• A detailed grasp of complex legal concepts, excellent drafting skills and the ability to deliver excellent customer service
• The ability to take on responsibility, have excellent interpersonal skills and be a self starter
• Initiative to work as an ambassador for the firm
