About the Role

Our client currently has a vacancy for an Associate: Real Estate - Construction (Non-Contentious), to join their team based in London.

The nature of the work will include:

• Negotiating with clients with minimal supervision
• Drafting discrete pieces of legal advice for clients with minimal amendment
• Gathering and evaluating information to identify underlying key issues
• Non-contentious construction and engineering with sector expertise including energy and natural resources, infrastructure (inc airports and rail), leisure (inc hotels) and retail

About You:

To be successful in this role you will have:

• At least 3 years PQE
• Excellent academics
• Non-contentious construction experience with experience in Energy (international context)
• The ability to work across multiple areas to include infrastructure and commercial property
• The ability to grasp complex legal concepts, excellent drafting skills and the ability to communicate complex legal advice to clients
• Leadership and management skills with the ability to proactively seek feedback from others
• A willingness to contribute to the firm with a high level of integrity
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
