 About the Role

Our client currently has a vacancy for an Associate/Lawyer to join their Construction and Engineering team, based in Melbourne.

The nature of the work will include:

• Working on a range of back end Construction and Engineering matters
• International commercial arbitrations
• Domestic commercial arbitrations
• Litigation in superior jurisdictions
• Dispute resolution such as mediation and expert determination
• Advising clients on related matters during the life of a project
• Working across all sectors of the industry including the commercial, industrial, energy, rail, roads and ports infrastructure, water utilities, telecommunications, mining and resources sectors

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Qualifications of a 3rd or 4th year Associate/Lawyer
